Easter

We had a fun Easter this year. I had to fight McKenna to get out of her outfit she was in to get her in her Easter dress. Then I had to chase her around the house to get a picture of her.

I couldn't get the two kids together to get there picture taking. Oh well Breck didn't want to wear the shirt I wanted him to wear anyway and I wasn't going to fight him about it. I had a big enough tantrum with McKenna.

Breck got lots of candy and a fun playdo set from the Easter Bunny. He stills looks tired here we had to wake him up since his sister was up at the crack of dawn and I didn't want her to get into the baskets until he was awake.

McKenna gots lots of candy too. She also got a purse with a little stuffed pink puppy and a new bracelet. Even Teton got a basket with treats in it.

My Mom and Dad had a really fun Easter egg hunt for the grandkids the Saturday before Easter. They had alot of fun they each had to find 20 eggs of one color assigned to them. And Breck found his 20 eggs first and got a $1 from Grandma for winning. McKenna found all her eggs with help from daddy.

McKenna's Birthday Party

We had McKenna's birthday party the other night. My family and Trav's came. It was alot of fun. I tried really hard to get a picture of her without her thumb in her mouth. It is pretty hard.

Her Great Grandma Lois gave her this chicken dressed up as a bunny and it sings a country easter song. It was the gift of the night. She loves it.

She got lots of funs gifts, dolls, clothes, bubbles, books, and a pink skateboard. I want to thank our families for coming and the great gifts

She is such a good little mother to her dolls. She loves to take care of them.

So the cake was cute. I wasn't to impressed with it. I got this one from Harmon's and Breck's birthday cake from Macey's and I loved Breck's cake. So from now on I think I'm going to get my cakes at Macey's

Breck's 1st Hickey

So leave it to Breck to give himself a huge hickey on his chin. He was playing with a plastic measuring cup and put it over his lip and chin and sucked as hard as he could to get it suctioned on his face. It didn't appear until later on in the evening. It is starting to fade away now. One thing that I'm for sure of it's never a dull moment around with with my boy Breck. :) I love him very much and the funny things that he does to keep us lauging around here.

Ski Bum

Breck went skiing again last Sunday. This time he just wanted to ski with his Daddy and not do ski school. They stayed on the little hill. Breck loved it. He lasted alot longer that day then we thought he would. Travis said he did really good. He was very proud of his boy. Breck had alot of fun. Breck and Trav call each other ski bums now. It's cute.

Kids being Kids

Breck on Sunday finally figured out how to ride a bike without training wheels. He loves it and wants to go on bike rides all the time.

I told him once he learns how to ride his bike I would ride bikes with him. So I have been on plenty of bike rides with him within the last few days.And McKenna found Breck's halloween costume and put it on. She was having fun being a firewoman.

New Pet

Breck really wanted a fish. So I decided instead of buying alot of candy for Valentines day I got them a fish. They love it. Breck named it 'Harley'. I told him that he is responsible for feeding it and helping me clean the bowl. I also wanted to mention that Breck went and had ski lessons last week. He loved it and had fun. Trav said that Breck rode the ski lift all by himself. I'm glad that I wasn't there to see that. I would've been a nervous wreck. I hope that he will want to go back up skiing soon.

Breck's Birthday

Breck turned 5 this year. I can't believe how time flies by. We had a fun birthday party with my family and Trav's. He got spoiled and he loved every minute of it.

Even thought he is really into to trains still, we decided to do a dinosaur theme party. He likes them too.

Breck got some really cool gifts. His Grandpa Joe gave him a huge remote control trantula spider (that looks real). He loves it, McKenna and I at first didn't like it but she is getting to use it and so am I.

He also go a big Lionel train that he has been wanting for a long time. He sure loves trains. He says once he is as old as his daddy he going to be driving big trains.

That night after the party both kids where in Breck's room watching the train. McKenna loves the train also.
