Santa

We took the kids to Quilted Bear to see Santa and his reindeer. Breck loved it.

McKenna did not like seeing Santa at all. Maybe next year. :)

Decorating Fun

The kids had alot of fun putting out decorations. It's fun to see them so excited about Christmas.

I just need a bigger house so I can spread out the decorations more. It seems like my living room is over flowing with Christmas joy.

Thanksgiving Program

Breck had his first program at school last week. It was alot of fun to go watch him. He did awesome.

Halloween

First day of Kindergarten

Breck started Kindergarten today and was such a big boy about it. I hope he has fun.

I wanted a cute picture of us three, but as you can see McKenna wouldn't look at the camera and Breck was making a funny face. Gotta love kids.

Here he is getting on the bus. It was pretty full when he got on with alot of big kids. I met him at the school and he seemed good about it. I can't believe how grown up he's getting. I love him very much.

Pony Rides (Oh My)

Well as you can see McKenna was not liking the pony rides. We thought she would love it. Nope even Grandma tried to make her happy. McKenna didn't like her pony "Charlie" at all.

Breck loved the pony ride. His ponies name was "Prince".

Our Big Dog Teton

Over the weekend Teton got really sick and we thought we were going to lose him. It took alot of tests to figure out what was wrong. We found out that he had a mass the size of a softball attached to his intestine. He had surgery on Tuesday to remove it and is doing good. We are hoping and keeping crossed that the biopsy doesn't come back as the "C" word. We love him very much and want him around for many years to come.

4th of July pictures

Toothless Smile

Breck lost his first tooth a couple of weeks ago. He was sooo excited about it. I can't believe that he is alreay old enough to lose teeth. He's not my little baby anymore, he is my big boy.

Hogle Zoo

I took the kids to the zoo last week. It was alot of fun. Here are some random pictures of our outting. The last picture is of McKenna eating her first big ice cream cone. She was not happy about me taking a picture of her if you can't tell by her expression on her face.

Camping

We went camping over Memorial Day weekend. It was cold and rainy, but we had fun anyway. It was fun hanging out with our friends. I love this picture of Trav and his little girl talking a walk.

Here the kids are sacked. They got pretty tired eating all day. That is pretty much what we did eat and visit and sleep since it rained so much. Oh well hopefully next year it better.

Kindergarten Here We Come

Breck graduated from Preschool last week. Each kid memorized a nursery rhyme and drew a picture about it and said it in front of the parents and families. I was really impressed each kid did really good. Breck did the Jack and Jill rhyme and I was very proud of him. We had no idea he was going to get in front of everybody and do all well as he did.

Here he is with his teacher Ms. Tiffany. She was a great teacher. He learned so much and loved going to school. He says he's going to miss her.

Here we are as a little family and of course McKenna is not looking at the camera like we wanted her to. What can you expect she loves to do the opposite of what you ask her. She doesn't look to happy oh well. At least the preschool graduate looks happy. And that is all that matters since it was his day. He is so excited to go to kindergarten and I hope he is still that excited when that first morning comes.

Is it Summer or Winter?

The kids got new swimsuits and had to put them on and show them off. For some reason McKenna had to wear Breck's other swimsut as a skirt with her swimsuit. They're excited to get out and play in the sun and water.

Then McKenna loves to get into her winter clothes even when it's warm outside. The girl just loves to play dress up. :)

Easter

We had a fun Easter this year. I had to fight McKenna to get out of her outfit she was in to get her in her Easter dress. Then I had to chase her around the house to get a picture of her.

I couldn't get the two kids together to get there picture taking. Oh well Breck didn't want to wear the shirt I wanted him to wear anyway and I wasn't going to fight him about it. I had a big enough tantrum with McKenna.

Breck got lots of candy and a fun playdo set from the Easter Bunny. He stills looks tired here we had to wake him up since his sister was up at the crack of dawn and I didn't want her to get into the baskets until he was awake.

McKenna gots lots of candy too. She also got a purse with a little stuffed pink puppy and a new bracelet. Even Teton got a basket with treats in it.

My Mom and Dad had a really fun Easter egg hunt for the grandkids the Saturday before Easter. They had alot of fun they each had to find 20 eggs of one color assigned to them. And Breck found his 20 eggs first and got a $1 from Grandma for winning. McKenna found all her eggs with help from daddy.
